What I have,

Cook from scratch in steel pot that result in every slurp of the glass noodles is heavy in flavour from having absorb & infuse with the prawn sauce. Even when it is left on desk for a long time, the glass noodle retain it's moisture. The big prawns are super fresh & succulent. Am salivating as I reminisced about this glass noodles.
