Once Upon a Time, there was a Noodle Story.
In the land of noodles were, Japanese-style Chashu, Onsen Egg, Wontons, Crispy Potato Prawn and next to them were a good bowl of broth.
The owner certainly took their craft seriously and everything lived harmoniously together.
The sambal was not exceptionally spicy but the fragrance was definitely on point.
I quite like the dash of powdery magic they added to the noodles at the end.
Definitely worth the $7(s)/$9(m) and 15mins queue (i came at 6.15-ish?).
Totally deserving of the Bib Gourmand Award, a lot better than some 1-star Michelin restaurant I had.
