A relatively new bistro within Bedok Point (or the mall in Bedok with the Chir Chir — less confusion here), serving mostly western fare with pasta, mains such as burgers, beef, fish and poultry with a small selection of desserts available. Served with mesclun salad and atop mash. Quite impressive for a neighborhood mall bistro that serves such dishes for a reasonable price ($15.90 — excludes 10% service charge); the duck confit probably sits well with those who doesn't like their duck to be too briny and salty — this one maintains a bit of savoury flavours but it's more toned-down, yet the meat is juicy and tender with crisp skin on the outside; very delightful. The mash is a little denser but still smooth; much like the ones we grew to love when we were growing up. The accompanying sauce for the mash is also more subtle in flavour; intended to be so for its still quite thick and didn't seem to overpower the flavours of the duck. Mesclun salad was decent as well. Quite a place to visit if you are looking for a convenient yet reasonably-priced eatery to solve your western food cravings with if you have a little cash to spare.
