The right amount of spicyness which left a mild tingling sensation on the palate. Century eggs was not too overwhelming. Much love for the teeny weeny bits of garlic buried beneath which added a tinge of crunch. As you go along spoonful by spoonful, it gets alittle addictive. For some it might be a tad jelak, so best to share or simply request for a lime by the side to tone down the richness.
