Tender beef slow-cooked in rendang, paired with crunchy vegetables in a lightly toasted sesame seed bun. Accompanied by delicious waffle fries. I had not fully appreciated how good this burger was. To me, it appears small from the outside, but it was actually huge and quite tastisfying on the inside. After cutting into the burger, the fork penetrates deeply, and I raise it to discover a very dense and substantial sight before eating it. Chomp! The beef that was pulled was juicy, soft, and tender. The texture was spot on, and the rendang taste added extra deliciousness and juiciness. I immediately taste the spices on my tongue as I savour the burger.
