It's called the Tri-tip and is the main in the lunch set that I got when I went like a month plus back. It's essentially sliced beef (the tri-tip) with a coffee crust and two sauces, with this crispy vegetables that I suspect is brussel sprouts?? I don't really know what that crispy vegetable is but it was SO good - slightly charred and crispy like potato chips. And the beef was tender and went well with the vegetables and sauces. I added on the garlic fried rice (at an extra charge) which was not bad. I think ordering their beef is a good call. They also have beef foie gras don as an a la carte option which my brother had (I didn't try) but I think I'd rather go for the Tri-tip again next time!!
