Good thing that this almost-80-yrs-old chain can have a successful outlet at high-rental One Raffles Place. Overpaid yuppies can go to Jewel and the likes, but the simple people can save by having their coffee or tea breaks here. The staff is very friendly, there are more tea choices than at the yuppie stores, and prices are much more reasonable.
