If you order a hot tea, you can choose your preferred teacup to pair it with, a small but thoughtful touch that adds to the ritual. For certain teas, they also provide an hourglass timer to guide optimal brewing. Plus, all hot teas come with a one-time free refill.
Winter ($10)
Part of their handcrafted creation series inspired by family travels. A blend of iced hibiscus, cinnamon, and yuja compote. Sweet and tart with a deep cinnamon fragrance, well-balanced and comforting.
Honey Orchid (Hot)($10)
A black tea from Chaozhou, China, made from the Mi Lan Xiang dancong varietal. Floral, honey-sweet, and fruity. Very aromatic and pleasing to the palate. An hourglass was provided to guide the steep time.
Yunnan White Tea (Cold)($9.50)
White tea from Yunnan, China. Pale in colour, soft and delicate with floral and fruity notes. Refreshing and mellow, ideal for a light cold brew.
Duck Shit DanCong Oolong (Hot)($10)
A roasted oolong from Chaozhou’s Phoenix Mountains. Despite its name, it’s highly prized for its floral aroma and lingering sweetness. Pale liquor with fruity notes. Slightly astringent for me. An hourglass was provided to time the brew.
Organic Rooibos (Hot)($9)
Caffeine-free. Smooth and earthy. Made from a South African shrub known for its antioxidant properties. A calming herbal infusion with a rust-hued finish. An hourglass was provided to time the steeping.
Zen Garden (Hot)($9)
Caffeine-free. Floral and minty. A botanical blend of peppermint, chamomile, melissa leaves, blackberry and strawberry leaves, lemongrass, hazelnut leaves, marigold blossoms, rose petals, and lavender. True to its name, soothing and layered.
