The traditional charcoal hotpot comes with 4 soup bases made with Vietnamese herbs, spices, ingredients to choose from and a good selection of meats, seafood and vegetables.
The robust Nourishing Collagen Pepper Soup which reminds one of local pig organ soup, Vietnamese Perilla Mutton Soup, herbal chicken mushroom soup (which was a tad on the bitter side but very comforting!); and my favourite of the 4 - The Crab Bisque Soup (Regular $38, Large $48) (spicy/non-spicy). It was unexpectedly light with sweetness from the crab. My favourite ingredients for the hotpot was the incredibly tender Wagyu, and I really liked the succulent homemade prawn paste. The dips were fantastic too!
