The noodles were soft, yet retains a chewy texture and clings on to the sauce really well. Frankly not the biggest fan of the sauce, which just tasted like mined meat with dou ban jiang. It was a little too salty as well. Added some vinegar and chilli oil and it tasted so much better!

Seating is limited, and be prepared to wait as it’s a one-man show. Don’t think I would return for this, but might return to try the soup noodles, which majority of the diners ordered!
