This tart comes with orh nee balls on top of a yam filling! The orh nee balls are really chewy and squishy, I was surprised because they SQUIRTED when I bit into them. Yeah they squirted. Squirtle. That's because they were actually filled with gula melaka syrup instead of the usual brown sugar dessicated coconut filling. Really interesting. Squirt.

The yam filling is really smooth and silky, it tastes like natural yam and its a bit on the savoury end. The tart base is super fragrant and crunchy, really good!
