Treating my dad to some ramen goodness for Father’s Day!
Him, with his love for spiciness had Keisuke’s Spicy Miso Tonkotsu Ramen special (he said no kick) while I had the light yet bisque-like, Crab Stock Ramen Special. Both were flavourful but not too cloy or salty, trust me as I had a taste of spicy miso broth just so I can review on it and it was surprising good.
For my order, the thick flat egg noodles complemented the distinctive kani-flavoured stock with its al dente texture. The sliced chashu were decent too. However, my must-have whenever I have ramen, is the flavoured eggs. Savoury and sweet, it won me over with its oozing lava centre.
