Best dish of the night, this was the second serving of this dish which reconcile with our beef satay. Similar marination, only spicier and better! The green sauce is the mystery of the night, not mint as you might think, it's actually a grinded vegetable/herb which we have no clue after the waiter patiently tried to explain in Vietglish.
