Durian lover rejoices! Bird bird present durian Softie pie! The base is pure durian pudding and the top is brown butter soft served and finally it is drizzled with caramelised white chocolate and Gula Melaka caramel.

For taste wise, the first mouthful was exploding with flavors. Both flavors don't overwhelm each other, instead they compliment each other perfectly. With caramelised white chocolate give you extra crunchy texture. However, I will recommend you to share, because it will be quite gerlat after that. Otherwise I am totally in love with this!
