I was surprised when the $138 menu came with a whole abalone (awabi), while the $188 menu came with this hokkigai clam. Turns out, this clam is more expensive than abalone. And they were all alive before it was cooked, and it was as fresh as it could be.

My Jun Omakase came with
1. A platter of 3 seasonal starters
2. Assorted premium seasonal sashimi
3. First main - Hokkigai Batayaki (pictured)
4. Second main - A5 wagyu with foie gras
5. Seasonal sushi (7 pieces)
6. Soup - fish collagen soup
7. Dessert - Japanese musk melon
🔸
The $138++ omakase option is also good, and very affordable. Check out my ig story highlights "Jun Omakase" for what I ate in both of these omakase menu.
