I think many people know I hardly go back to restaurants, and I was impressed enough the first time by only the matcha pudding that I came back for a second time and absolutely loved the food, from then misato became my No1 recommendation for reasonably priced and super authentic jap. It's a miracle how good they were while they were struggling financially, unfortunately now that they gained popularity their standards have slipped.

The egg was overcooked, the ikura wasn't fresh. The other roes were good though. I heard the boss chewing them out for the yakitori sauce, as well as the teriyaki chicken glaze.

I don't personally believe they will bounce back but I hope they do.
