I don't like eating belt serving sushi but here in Hanamaru the ingredients is very fresh and rice is equally good. The best of all is the steamed king crab belly (first for me). First you've to strip off the hard skin to get to the flesh. Then it's crab fan's heaven. Belly good. 👍👍👍So if you are in Sapporo try it. There's English menu for you to order too. It's on the 6th floor of Stellar Place in JR Tower which is connected to Daimaru 6th floor. But you must be prepared to wait up to an hour for excellent sushi.
