📝A picture speaks a thousand words - perfectly cooked duck breast & thick creamy foie gras!😍 The flavours from each component came together coherently, with the red wine sauce providing a rich, fruity finish. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!👍

👉Pork Tomahawk - SGD30
300g bone-in USA Sakura pork, served with bacon & pomelo relish
📝Surprisingly toothsome, the relish escalated the pork to a whole new level. Slightly over cooked I think, I wished the pork was more succulent…

sautéed onions, bacon, chopped parsley with milk & egg yolk
📝Featuring al dente handmade pasta in mouth-watering sauce(no added cream), it still taste as good as last time. Savour while it’s still hot!

👉Trio Smoked Sea Bass - SGD15
local sea bass smoked in 3 different flavours (black pepper, dill & original)
📝Great texture and taste. Highly recommended to wrap the pickle using the sliced sea bass before dipping into the chilli chive oil.
