Fluffy and soft brioche toasted to have a crisp exterior. Enjoyed the rich cinnamon flavour and balance of sweetness from the caramelised banana and candied walnuts with the sour strawberries and blueberries. Found the bread a tad dry (probably would be better with the +$4 vanilla ice cream) and lacking in egg flavour. But overall, satisfying without being too cloying!
