The best I've had in Singapore. It's really expensive, esp since it's a tiny portion, but the flavour is CORRECT. Most places don't get the essence of the miso marination, which is to enhance the cod's own umami and it takes great skill presumbaly for the miso to be just barely detectable(judging by how many places get it wrong)

Lovely stuff, very balanced and the flavours were amazing. Cod was cooked well too, no crisp but eh forgivable for such great flavour
