This was the Shiretoko chicken but the Singaporean glutton in me added Hokkaido fried chicken and BBQ lamb making for a bowl full of flavors and textures. Soup curry as the name suggests is a curry flavored soup not thickened by milk and with added spices (tasted Moroccan and Indian). I Love it!
