There are two things executed exceptionally well here at Firebake - first was the breads which they're famous for, and second was anything that comes out of their grill.
🔸
Case in point, these prawns grilled over charcoal fire exudes a smoky aroma, just like the grilled seabass in their seafood risotto ($26++) and their grilled Argentinian striploin ($28++). And if two large meaty prawns still isn't enough for you, you get full-on prawn flavours in the aglio olio as well. This is because of the generous sprinkling of sakura ebi, and that the aglio olio was tossed in prawn oil, besides garlic, kombu, and sweet mirin.
🔸
And here's an insider fact - do you know what's the current best seller at Firebake? It's this prawn capellini. Surely, there's something about this that makes regulars return for it over and over again.
