The mhk pieces were hand torn, quite qq and chewy, pretty yummy! They also give sliced mushrooms and for veg they use dabaicai, which is quite unusual. I’ve never seen it in other mhk stalls before - most use mani cai (to be authentic), spinach, or xiaobaicai. The soup was light but had a very nice natural sweetness that was probably bc of the dabaicai, and maybe corn in the stock? Wouldn’t mind coming back for this if I’m in the area, but I’m not an eastie and I don’t think I’ll travel for it, their outlets are in Bedok & Tampines. Would definitely frequent it if they ever opened an outlet in the west tho :)
