I'm not usually a fan of duck confit, but @bistroduvin's rendition of the Confit de Canard ($32) blew my mind with its juiciness underneath the crisp skin which was not overly oily.

And those Salardaise potatoes! Let me just pause to still my fluttering heart because they were just SO.INSANELY.GOOD. Fried in duck fat which brought out an amazing flavour, these were so sinful but worth every artery-clogging calorie 😵 This was a hosted tasting & thanks @burpple for the invite! #burpple #burppletastemaker #french #duckconfit
