Opt for the largest possible fish portion because the medium didn't even fill me up at all. (Or maybe it's because I'm just really ravenous today. 😂) The lightly marinated salmon was just sufficiently fresh and fatty for my liking, but what truly stands out at this Poke joint is perhaps their self-service additional toppings of ginger slices, kimchi and homemade pickled purple cabbage! Their addition of one superfood per bowl also includes toppings like ikura, not a very common topping in most Poke joints as well. They also flavour their rice with some sort of floss (salmon perhaps?) and sesame seeds, which was such a pleasant surprise because most places give plain, bland rice. Because they were super generous with the salad I had to spam their dressings, and my favourites are their goma sauce and korean spicy sauce, but I'm certainly not complaining. My only concern is that the portion of rice isn't really much and all the toppings almost overflow such that you have to eat all of the toppings first before being able to eat anything else. But then again why am I complaining about it overflowing right?! I'd much rather get a larger portion because more food makes me a happy kid. :D
