I have to say I understand why ppl rave. It's different from normal, much more atas. However the bottom is soggy and the crunchy ring is hard. Interior is also very very hot, quite difficult to eat. The bechamel was quite thick and not too jelat, while still being indulgent enough. Seafood came in huge chunks and were of high quality
