Hainan Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee is a stall at Golden Mile Food Centre (#B1-34) that sells the dry version of hokkien mee ($5). Compared to the other hokkien mee I have tried, this version is alot less saucy, it uses thin bee hoon instead of thick bee hoon but it is still quite delicious🤤 The wok hei is prominent, the springy noodles absorb the flavourful prawn broth and fragrance of the garlic completely and the spicy chilli gives it a kick. No regrets queuing for this:)!
