Herbal Poh Zhai Mee ($10.80)

This was probably the best I had @saute.sg . The starchy sauce had a good herbal flavour as the name suggested probably cos of the wolfberries added and the noodles were springy and not soggy despite sitting in that bed of gravy for a while. Ingredients were normal, taking into consideration that this is vegetarian, it was mostly vegetables and mushrooms. Overall, I'd probably pick traditional crispy noodles from the tze char stall over this for the wok-hei.
