Newly opened Birds of Paradise (Beach) is conveniently located along Beach Road, a couple doors down from the new The Coconut Club flagship!

The minimalistic interior is a gorgeous sight paired with the aromatics of freshly baked thyme cones as you enter the store.

Serving up 18 unique flavours consisting of favourites like the White Chrysanthemum, Strawberry Basil to simple flavours like their Mango Sorbet and Pistachio, I went for their Lychee Raspberry in a thyme cone!

The sweetness of the lychee, layered with the tartness of the raspberry was comforting and de lightly amidst the sweltering heat. Adding on flavour & crunch is their thyme cone which is not to be missed!
