It may be called the Shibuya Maple Syrup and Vanilla Toast (S$14++), but it's really more of a superb thick French toast. The brioche was buttery and soft, encasing a lovely orange marmalade, then topped with delish diced caramelized apples and berry yogurt. Very fruitty, very moist, and very addictive. Don't be expecting an After You kinda shibuya toast and you'd have a blast at brunch.
