Marinate 3/4k fish in 3/4 tbsp calamansi juice, 1/2 tsp iodized salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper for 15 minutes. Fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside. Saute 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1 medium sliced onion, 2 medium cubed potatoes, and 1 medium cubed carrot. Add 3/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp iodized salt. Simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add 1/3 cup green peas and 200g tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add fish and 1 medium green bell peppers cut into strips.
