Prawns are already partially de-shelled so it’s really easy to enjoy them with minimal dissecting work required. Tobiko in the prawn balls adds to the crunch texture. Prawn fritters and you tiao are crispy and not oily as you bite into the dough. The sauce is surprisingly good without being too spicy.
