My answer: Their cooked food was above average compared to most of the hotel buffets I had. Because most of the dishes were stewed, warming over a low heat actually made them tasted even better. Just look at the eggplant, this took skills and experience for it to retain its texture over time. From Muslim, Indian and Chinese food, you could had all these in one plate!
