Igokuchi Dining Bar is helmed by Chef Ivan Teng and has been serving hungry foodies in the west for the past 1 year! I had the 15-course dinner omakase for $88 and was pretty impressed by the quality of fish. Especially enjoyed the plump hotate and clean-tasting akami. Some points for improvement though. The rice wasn’t tightly-packed for some pieces and the shake (salmon) was sliced a little haphazardly. But all was forgiven when I was handed a temaki with minced toro and shreds of takuan.
