Hatsu a NEW modern Edomae Sushi Omakase concept has open at Hotel Royal Newton on 18 July 2022. The 20-seater sushi restaurant is helmed by Chef-owner Leon Yap, Champion of the World Sushi Cup Japan 2019. Serving only the best seasonal ingredients from Japan, Hatsu’s Omakase courses range from $60.00 to $120.00 for lunch and $128.00 to $250.00 for dinner.
