As for the sweets, the Banana Torrejas ($19) really hit the spot with the delightful caramelized banana slices (sweet and slightly nutty). The French toast logs were pillowy-soft and fragrant with a nice hint of cinnamon. Dusted with powdered sugar, the plate was not too cloying even with the drizzles of maple syrup as the tanginess of the fresh raspberries and the pool of sweet raspberry jam were very complementary. The coconut crumble was a tad dry though so I would definitely go with the add-on of their coconut sorbet for $4 if I order it next time.
