Al-dente pasta tossed in cream sauce; sauce is very rich & creamy; right amount of sauce to coat every strand of noodle; topped with some shredded cheese; a tad surfeiting towards the end; salmon fillet is lightly seasoned, slightly overcooked but still acceptable; love the crispy skin but a tad salty though..
