The tender sous vide chicken breast was beautifully garnished with crunchy roasted hazelnuts and shio konbu. The accompanying grilled corn added a delightful smokiness while the mashed potato was ULTRA creamy ๐คค But the piรจce de rรฉsistance was the hazelnut milk foam, which harmoniously tied all the flavors and textures together
