In line with the phrase 'what you nourish nourishes you', the wine served was organic. Recommended by Restaurant Manager, Matthew #elevened, we had an orange wine - 2012 Clai Sveti Jakov Malvazija from Istria, Croatia. I've never had wine from Croatia so I was quite intrigued. The wine was indeed orange in colour, full bodied with a medium finish.
