To be honest, I was surprised to see that our Buffalo Drumlets were made by the folks at The Grumpy Bear to order.

This meant that we had piping hot and juicy buffalo drumlets with shattering crisp skin. I can't help but admire how they do not compromise on their food preparation even though they were operating out of a kiosk with limited space and equipment.

Yes, we did have to wait for a while but I do salute these guys!
