I love pork belly, and I love fried food, so this is doubly sinful but doubly shiok! Deep fried but still crumbly light, seasoned with sweet and soy sauce but not overly sweet nor salty, definitely worth the calories.

This might be the best tze char in Singapore that's under the radar. Other dishes I've tried and like are - claypot tao huey (yes, not tao kwa, but tao huey which is usually served as a dessert) and prawn roll (hae zou).
