Estuary’s Baked Oysters are their own version of the classic Oysters Rockefeller, and spinach haters will enjoy this spinach-less version of it. A pair of oversized oysters are baked in a blanket of cheese and chopped up bacon, and that’s all that’s needed for an awesome appetiser. The creaminess of the cheese fits perfectly with the briny creaminess of the oysters while adding a satisfying stretchiness, and the salty bacon made everything even better.
