Stuffed savoury french toast with signature brioche, leg ham, gruyere cheese, dijon mustard topped with fried egg and hollandaise sauce with petit salad & pearl tomatoes.
In my opinion this is definitely one of the most worth for the portion in the menu under “meat”. The brioche was so fluffy, crispy, flavourful and the gruyere cheese added creaminess to the bread.
However, at certain parts of my meal the dijon mustard was too overpowering probably due to some uneven spread.
The salad was excellent as it was extremely well mixed and vegetables were fresh.
I’ll definitely come back for this again.
