The taste of the rice was very unexpected - more savory saucy taste than the usual sweet and vinegary sushi rice you'll have normally! Some may find this interesting, with the pickles as well, but it didn't quite suit my taste. The sashimi also didn't feel particularly fresh except the scallops. I would top up a few more dollars for the chirashi at The Sushi Bar any day.
