From steamed, stir-fried to deep-fried. There's always a style to suit your taste buds.

My personal favourite would be the Fujian Extraordinary Fried Oysters (3rd pic) which was tastefully done with fresh plump succulent oysters coated in light seasoned batter and deep-fried till golden brown for the extra crisp.
