[Hidden Gem]
A bright sunny day 🌤 had us hunting for some shiok nasi padang 🍛 from Serangoon BBQ & Curry 1983! This 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮-𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡 is located at a coffeeshop along Sin Ming Road, a distance away from the nearest MRT 🚇. The first thing you’d notice is the 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨 that any good nasi padang stall should have: mutton, bbq chicken, achar, lady fingers, potatoes, omelettes, and so much more! 💁‍♀️💁‍♂️

Perhaps a small gripe that we had was in the rice. It was slightly on the dry side, and could be softer and fluffier ☁️ However, the 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙣 🌶 and curry gravy helped make up for that!
