House Special Mousse with Coffee Infused Caviar, an interesting coffee dessert newly introduced at Percolate 2.0.

I think Owl cafe came out with their version of Kopi Luwak with coffee caviar sometime ago. Not sure how that works, but this new dessert does stirred up some interest in the coffee scene.
