Their tobiko seared seabass pasta refreshes the palate with its cream & lemon juice sauce that is light and not too rich, going well with the crunch of the tobiko. The sea bass had slightly crisp skin and it's meat is tender too.
For $15.90 though, it's hard to be a regular but it's certainly worth a try for its fusion elements. This shop is slightly hidden as it is located behind the Westin.
