A small but impactful cup of coffee jelly topped with chestnut cream and garnished with mint leaves. Coffee jelly itself was bitter, strong and carries a slight lingering acidity taste. After eating it with the thick creamylicious sweet chestnut cream, the taste has been neutralise significantly. A cold wonderful dessert cup to have.

Source from the region of Kyoto, this ceremonial grade green tea is umami, delicately sweet, milky and refreshing. Foamy on top too. The milk they used is from meiji. An aesthetic eco green cup to have it in either hot or cold, where latter one is preferred for me.
