Honestly, I would really prefer the soup to have added in Szechuan peppercorns to create a more interesting broth. Nevertheless, it's still reasonably acceptable. the beef slices were tender, but as a human who loves his Taiwan 牛肉麵, I would prefer 半筋半肉 rather than all meat. too soft.
